To place a Service Call for your equipment covered by warranty or a current service contract complete the form below and we will contact you.

We were not able to locate this serial number, or it is not covered by warranty or service contract coverage at this time.

Check the following items and submit another service request. For a successful service call submission using the online form, your input must match the data in our system.

  • Verify that you have an active warranty or service contract for your equipment.
  • Use the correct format for the serial number or K-number of your equipment.
    • Do not use hyphens or spaces.
    • To enter the K-number from the K-number label, use only the digits: example 1234567. (The K-number label on your equipment will include a K and hyphen, e.g., K123-4567.)
  • Use the correct format for your Postal or Zip Code.
    • Use uppercase letters and spaces (e.g., J8Y 3P2) as needed.
